It’s time for the

The 3 Eras of Grief

Online Book Launch Party

WITH CAROLYN GOWER

And you’re invited!

This is so much more than celebrating the release of a book…

I want to celebrate every person who has ever wondered if life could feel like theirs again after loss.

The 3 Eras of Grief was written because I couldn't find the book I desperately needed after my husband Tony died.

It's the book I wish someone had placed in my hands during those darkest days to let me know that it is possible to not only survive such pain, but to rebuild a life that feels whole again.

Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, I'd love you to join me for this special event as I share the stories behind the book, the lessons grief has taught me, and why I believe it’s possible to build a meaningful life alongside grief, while still carrying your love for them in your heart.

Whether you're joining me with your Saturday morning coffee in Australia or winding down with a Friday evening cup of tea in North America, I'd love to have you there.

About Carolyn

Hi, I’m Carolyn… and I’m a self-confessed grief nerd!

When my husband Tony died nine years ago, I was shocked by just how badly society handles grief. Despite being something that every one of us will experience in our life, so few of us are taught what grief really looks like or how to support someone through it.

What started as my own search for answers became a passion for understanding grief. Since then I’ve become a Certified Grief Educator, grief and life coach, speaker, podcast host and author of two books.

My mission is simple: to help people feel less alone, better understood, and more equipped to navigate life after loss. I believe that grief isn’t something to “get over” - it’s something we learn to carry as we slowly rebuild a life that still holds meaning, purpose and even moments of joy.

Who is this event for?

This launch is for anyone who has experienced the loss of someone or something they love.

Whether you're newly grieving, years into loss, supporting someone you care about, or simply wanting to better understand grief, you'll be warmly welcomed.

Testimonials

From the day I met Carolyn Gower, I knew she was someone special. While I am proud to have teamed with her on a book and a podcast, I am even happier to call her my friend. The 3 Eras of Grief is a masterpiece with every page filled with Carolyn’s love, wisdom and unique insights. It’s a powerful guide for those navigating deep pain and those looking to actively rebuild a meaningful life after loss.

John Polo, Coach, Speaker, Author - USA

Rarely does a book hold your hand the way this one does. It doesn’t rush you through grief or try to fix what can’t be fixed. Instead, it sits with you, honours your love and gently shows you how to carry it forward. Carolyn writes and speaks in a way that makes you feel instantly known. For too long, grief has been something people carry in silence. This book breaks that silence, offering not only understanding but a steady, reassuring guide through it.

Dale Stevens, Speaking coach at 100 Speakers, AUS

Carolyn draws upon her own lived experience of widowhood and her deep understanding of the complexity of grief to provide practical, accessible and realistic insights into a topic that not many of us are ever prepared for or know how to talk about. Through her warmth and compassion, Carolyn has a wonderful ability to help a griever feel seen and understood, while also gently offering hope that we cannot only survive deep and painful loss, but also go on to live full and whole lives again.

Rebecca Adams, Co-founder and CEO of First Light Widowed Support - AUS

Coaching with Carolyn has been life-changing for me. In my darkest moments of grief, Carolyn held space with such compassion, wisdom and gentleness that I felt truly seen and supported. Her ability to guide without judgement and offer practical, deeply human insights helped me navigate pain I once thought was impossible to carry. This book reflects that same presence and will make a powerful companion for anyone who is grieving.
